At MobileMedParts.com, we understand that ordering the correct part is critical to keeping your mobile medical unit operating. Our goal is to make every transaction as smooth as possible, and if an issue does arise, our team is here to help.

Returns
To ensure the fastest possible processing, all returns must be authorized by our Customer Service team before being shipped back. Please email info@mobilemedparts.com and we will begin the return process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In their original packaging
- In new, resalable condition
- All approved returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs.
- A copy of the Return Authorization must accompany the shipment. Returns received without authorization or documentation may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical components
- Parts containing electrical components
Exception: Electrical items may be returned only if the manufacturer's packaging seal remains completely unopened.
Damaged Shipments
We carefully package every order to minimize the possibility of shipping damage. However, damage during transit can occasionally occur.
If the Package Arrives Damaged
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery:
- If possible, do not accept the shipment.
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging.
- Notify the carrier that you are refusing the shipment.
- Contact our Customer Service team immediately with the photographs so we can begin resolving the issue.
If Items Are Damaged Inside the Package
If damage is discovered after opening the shipment:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Photograph any damaged items and packaging.
- Contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
Our team will work quickly to determine the appropriate resolution.
Missing Items or Shortages
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives to verify that all items are present.
If you believe something is missing:
- Contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
- We will investigate the shipment with our warehouse and shipping carrier.
Please Note: Many larger orders ship in multiple boxes. UPS and FedEx occasionally deliver packages on different days, so your complete order may arrive over multiple deliveries.
Refunds
Once your authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
